FYCC is a nonprofit youth organization dedicated to providing the opportunity for young adults in Florida to improve their education, receive on the job training, get paid while they learn and be provided with excellent job placements after one year in the program.

FYCC is a self sustaining organization that earns it funding by providing production based services to the Construction and Maintenance industries
